Hostgator Dedicated Servers
I recently placed a dedicated server order with Hostgator. It was a little bit bumpy at first, as I learned that HostGator defers the more technical issues to an elite group of sysadmins that don’t or won’t hop onto the live chat or phone.
Once I got used to learning how Hostgators systems administrators work, the rest is easy. Indeed they have proved extremely helpful when I which Linux commands to use so I can remember how they did it (so I don’t have to as agaoin, they happily walk me through it.
As I’m happy with Hostgator Dedicated Servers I’m going to setup an Elite server for one of my web design customers, who wants a US web presense, very shortly.
Don’t forget, Hostgator are all hosted at The Planet’s Datacentre. I’m getting very quick load times, even from the UK where I am based.

Also remember that Hostgator also offer Windows Dedicated Servers with the Parallels Plesk Control Panel. I wonder how long it will be when they start offering Cpanel for Windows Hosting Suite.
